BFF Interactive Budget Planner

The BFF Budget for Freedom Web App is the interactive version of the BFF Planner. You type in your numbers and it adds everything up for you: totals, differences, money remaining and challenge progress. You don’t need a calculator or a spreadsheet, and there’s nothing to download. It opens in your browser on your phone, tablet or computer.

What it does for you

• Monthly budget that adds itself up. Enter your income and budget for each category. Your Actual spending fills in automatically from the transactions you log. The Difference, totals and Money remaining update as you type.
• Transaction log. Record each purchase with a date, description, category and amount. A “spent by category” summary shows where your money really goes.
• Monthly calendar. Tap any day to add payday, bills, debit orders, savings transfers, appointments and reminders. Bills you list with a due date appear on your calendar automatically.
• To-do list and bills tracker. Set your top 3 priorities, tick off money tasks, and see what’s paid and what’s still to pay.
• Savings challenges. Save 1,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000, or create your own. Tap a circle each time you save, and watch the amount saved, percentage and milestones update straight away.
• Debt tracker. Add your debts with balances, interest rates and monthly payments. See how much you’ve paid off on each one and an estimated debt-free date.
• Debt payoff challenges: 5,000, 10,000 and 20,000, or your own custom target.
• Sales revenue challenges for side hustles and small businesses. Log each sale and your progress fills in by itself. Enter your selling price to see how many sales you need to reach your goal.

• Plan any year with the built-in year selector.
• Example month: load a sample month to see how everything works, then clear it with one tap.

Your data stays private

Your entries are saved in the browser on your own device. Use the Backup button to download a copy of your planner, and Restore to bring it back or move it to another device.
